This is a three storey multi unit development designed to maximise the potential of a small building site.
It is a rental project consisting of three adjoining townhouses – each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms over three levels.
The powerful architectural presence was achieved through the use of highly contemporary facade elements such as VM Zinc, standing seam wall claddings and extensive commercial glazing.
Construction challenges included, limited access, height restrictions and detailed façade treatments.
