The home is a single storey, brick veneer and tiled roof home that is expansive and well-zoned to suit their way of living. The full height windows and three meter high ceilings allow for a light-filled, luxurious home that captures views of the magnificent garden and compliments the homes natural façade.
This home prioritises liveability and comfort that only an experienced homeowner can fully appreciate. As a single-level design, it features dropped ceilings that hide custom blinds, indoor and outdoor living spaces, and thoughtfully zoned rooms with specific functions, all finished with style and finesse.

We discovered APC after building six new homes and undertaking one renovation and about to commence our seventh and final home.
