The scope of work included fully refurbishing the front bedrooms and corridor, along with adding a new ensuite and walk-in robe. However, the focus was on the rear extension, where a raked, pitched roof with slate tiles blends seamlessly into stone-clad walls and large glazed windows and doors, creating a striking architectural finish.

The home showcases quality craftsmanship throughout. In the original section, the restoration is evident with custom-matched cornices, skirtings, and ceiling panels. A hidden 2m wide sliding door separates the old from the new, revealing polished concrete floors, stone-clad walls, and expansive glazed windows. The standout feature, however, is the intricate raking roofs and slate work of the rear extension—a true testament to construction excellence.
