Two contemporary town residences nestled in the exclusive bayside suburb was the result of APC Build working closely with clients RHUUM, a third generation residential developer. Detailed joinery, floating staircases, feature travertine fire places and luxurious fixtures and fittings combine to create a sophisticated executive space.

APC Build was able to assist in providing detailed cost analysis in the early phases of the development to ensure that the owner received a product of the highest level that ensured maximum liveability.
