Intelligent design was integral in the development of two side by side town houses to appear as one large home. The owner’s intention for the project was to develop the land, retain one home for themselves and sell the other which they accomplished during the build. APC inherited the challenge of an additional owner with new tastes and requirements. While this was outside the initial scope, we were happy to facilitate and worked closely with our new client to incorporate their specifications into the project.

Our in-house interior design service played a pivotal role in supporting both owners to achieve the individual needs for their homes. Specialised detailing was required to achieve the flush finishing, hidden garage door panels which blended with the comtemporary front façade, full home automation, bespoke joinery, herringbone pattern tiling, automated louvre roofs and a beautifully designed feature fire place.
