TJ House celebrates its original character by carefully retaining and restoring the front of the home, while introducing a contemporary extension designed for modern family living and effortless entertaining.

At the heart of the home is a beautifully executed kitchen featuring a Metalcote curved rangehood in Bronze Graphite Burnt, paired with Arizona White Leathered marble showcasing elegant curved edges. A fully wrapped Modinex clad pantry flows around the integrated bar and laundry, with concealed doors creating a refined, uninterrupted finish.

Outside, an elevated alfresco overlooks a meticulously landscaped garden where crazy paving is softened with smartly placed groundcover. Automated blinds provide privacy and year-round comfort, while the Neolith outdoor kitchen—complete with barbecue, burner, pizza oven and integrated fridge—creates the ultimate entertaining space.

The staircase is a standout architectural feature, expertly crafted and finished in microcement with soft curves. In the living room, bespoke joinery frames the open fireplace, complemented by custom Metalcote shelving.

TJ House is a home designed to honour its past while embracing the future, giving a much-loved family home a remarkable new life.
