LOLA – ONE
That same restraint carries through into the material palette. There’s no reliance on bold contrasts or feature-driven finishes. Instead, the home leans into warm whites, natural stone and soft timber tones, allowing texture to do the heavy lifting. Italian Lorde White marble brings movement and variation, Woodcut timber flooring adds warmth underfoot, and custom full-height steel doors balance privacy with light. It’s a palette that feels timeless because it isn’t chasing anything—it simply works.
At the center of the home, the kitchen brings all of these ideas together. A sculptural stone island anchors the space—simple in form but highly resolved in its detailing. The stone continues vertically, wrapping the rangehood to create a seamless connection between benchtop and splashback, allowing the material to take focus. Appliances and storage are fully integrated within clean-lined 2-pac joinery, ensuring nothing interrupts the overall composition.
The children’s bedrooms are simple, functional, and built to last. Their ensuites feature sintered stone surfaces, selected for durability and consistency with the broader material palette—practical decisions executed with the same level of care as the rest of the home.
Subtle curves are introduced throughout to soften transitions and guide movement. They’re not overplayed, but they make a difference—removing the harshness of purely linear design and improving how the home feels to live in.
This same discipline carries through to the exterior. Strong forms define the façade, softened by curves and grounded by a restrained palette, including English Walnut stained Accoya timber battens.
The alfresco kitchen is custom designed and clad in sintered stone, complete with BBQ, side burner, sink and pizza oven—highly functional while remaining visually aligned. A custom metal pool fence maintains clear visibility without the maintenance typically associated with alternative systems.
