An eye-catching feature are the two stairways between floors, with glass balustrades and oak steps adding some LA-style glamour to your ascent through the levels. Glossy kitchen benchtops and bathroom facilities feature steel grey Dekton, elevating the sleek contemporary feel throughout, with secret doors in the kitchen maintaining the clean lines without interruption.

Another clever feature is the use of permeable paving at the rear of the house, allowing rain water to flow through to the earth below and avoid pooling.
