Greeted by Olde English tiles, the blue front door opens to the restored front rooms, including the addition of a master ensuite with walk-through robe. The hallway flows from old to new, opening onto a multizone, open-plan living space. The kitchen is a particular highlight, featuring leather marble and large retractable doors, opening out to an inviting alfresco space.
Above the stairwell is a grand feature window with a unique superimposed digital artwork of snow-capped mountains, installed as a homage to our client’s memories of Canada and the breath-taking views from their balcony.
The lower level of the home houses a laundry, third bathroom, bedrooms, and a children’s retreat, which opens out to the landscaped backyard. The yard showcases a luxurious pool and spa. The garden’s end is met by a double garage with additional storage. The connection between the upper and lower levels is emphasized by a metalwork spiral staircase, which compliments to the overall aesthetic of the home.
APC Build has managed to seamlessly blend old and new elements, while also incorporating the client’s individuality, making it a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. The result is a stunning home that will be cherished for many years to come.
Words from our client
'From the moment we had our first site meeting, we knew we were in safe hands with APC.'
From the moment we had our first site meeting, we knew we were in safe hands with APC. We were treated as partners and Adrian, Maurice and Adam ensured we were kept informed throughout all phases of the build. They always listened to any concerns or ideas and offered a range of solutions, where possible, that were best for us and not just the easy way out.
APC take great pride in their workmanship which is reflected in the quality of trades used and the final finishing touches. We would highly recommend APC to anyone who is seeking a high-quality, custom-built home.
