The project was a collaboration with the owner, designer and APC Build. Constructing a contemporary building within a heritage overlay can often face criticism; so a focus on responsive design, quality material and execution, was important to achieving a great outcome.

The homes are a striking visual representation of how the typical side-by-side town houses can be transformed to create beautiful, functional spaces. They capture copious amounts of natural light and feature detailed timber cladding, highly finished joinery and a magnificent range of natural products.
