Our LOLA display homes transform townhouse living, seamlessly blending functionality, elegance, and timeless design into spaces that feel like standalone residences.

Thoughtfully designed to enhance living and flow for all ages, the homes feature an offset hallway leading from the front door, creating an immediate sense of space. At the heart of the design is a stunning curved staircase, crowned by a grand round skylight that bathes the interiors in natural light, bringing warmth and vitality to every corner.

Each home reflects a distinct personality, offering two material palettes to suit diverse tastes. Townhouse LO features rich timber veneer and Arabesato Grigio stone for a bold, moody sophistication, while townhouse LA embraces a softer aesthetic with neutral painted cabinets and the refined elegance of Italian Lorde White stone.

Luxury and practicality come together seamlessly in these homes, with thoughtful additions  from our trusted partners such as mineral pools by PJ Pools complete with floating daybeds and pool houses, lifts by The Lift Shop, and entertainment-ready basement retreats with kitchenettes and bathrooms.
Every bedroom enjoys its own ensuite, while first-floor retreats feature kitchenettes, and dining rooms are enhanced by built-in bars for effortless entertaining. The master suites are set apart on the first floor, offering a private sanctuary for ultimate comfort.

To complete the experience, we partnered with the experts at Lights Lights Lights, who designed a bespoke lighting plan to highlight every detail and ensure each space glows with purpose and atmosphere.
