A grand three storey American style home incorporating French provisional influences.
The build form incorporates high pitched roofs with the third level formed to create additional living area’s within the roof space.
The roof beams and wall structures could not be prefabricated - the home had to be framed conventionally, requiring a high level of skilled trade applying traditional carpentry techniques.
Features of the home include parquetry floors, subtle elliptical radius windows and doors, wrought iron balustrades, natural stone rock work and carefully considered ornate finishes.
Fine craftsmanship helped create a unique architectural ambience.
